Office 365 Name Change

Updated: Jan 13

As of April 22 Microsoft changed the name of their Office 365 plans to Microsoft 365. So, what does this mean for everyone. In a nut shell, nothing. You still get all the great features as before. It is simply a name change only. Have Microsoft added anything extra to help the millions of users now working at home. Well, yes, they have . They are offering a free version of Teams for schools and personal plan subscribers. If you have a Business Plan, Teams is already included in the plan, so nothing new there. But, if you have a personal plan you now have access to a free version of Teams. This can be either downloaded or used in your web browser. You have the advantage of Microsoft's security and incorporating Teams with you existing plan(s). https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/microsoft-365/microsoft-teams/group-chat-software?icid=mscom_marcom
