Payment Terms & Conditions
Invoice payment is required and payable before commencement of training session(s). Post training support services are billed monthly and payable upon receipt of invoice.
Post Training Support
The Temporary Alternative provides additional assistance remotely, via online and email, as and when requested by the client through agreed online method(s) or email as per the Support Agreement terms and conditions entered into between the Client and The Temporary Alternative. Support Agreements are billed at the end of each month.
Liability
Under no circumstances shall The Temporary Alternative be liable for any special, indirect or circumstantial damage or loss in relation to agreed client services. Employees, Consultants or Subcontractors of The Temporary Alternative will maintain and safeguard the confidentiality of any and all information obtained during the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities.
Scope of Services
The Temporary Alternative offers online and onsite training solutions in conjunction with our partners MeisterTask and Microsoft.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations affect us significantly, therefore The Temporary Alternative adheres to a strict cancellation policy. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice the standard training and / or support fees will be charged.
